Get the user's GitHub App connection status
GET https://app.cyrion.ai/api/integrations/github/status
Lightweight DB-only connection status for the current user.
Unlike /api/service-integrations (which switches to company-level rows for enterprise team members), the GitHub App installation is always per-user, so this looks it up by user_id directly.
