Get reports linked to a scan

GET https://app.cyrion.ai/api/reports/by-scan/{scan_identifier}

Return reports associated with a scan.

Accepts either the database scan ID or the run_name. Reports historically store run_name in the scan_id column, so we try both the provided identifier AND the resolved run_name / DB-ID to ensure a match.
