Get recoverable scans

GET https://app.cyrion.ai/api/scans/recoverable

Get scans that can be recovered/resumed.

Returns scans with status 'paused' or 'interrupted'. These scans have checkpoint data and can usually be resumed.

Returns: List of recoverable scans with their checkpoint info
